Providence Medical Group - Eastern Washington is seeking a highly skilled full time Nurse Practitioner to join our Nephrology team in Spokane, WA. As an ambulatory Nephrology Nurse Practitioner, you will provide specialized care to adult patients in an outpatient setting. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the care team to address patient care gaps, team-based care for evaluation and management of new and established patients and triaging referrals based on urgency and acuity. The ideal candidate will have prior Nurse Practitioner experience, preferably in diabetes, cardiology, internal medicine, nephrology, and/or ICU.
