Coordinator, Clinical Resource
Job Summary: The Clinical Resource Coordinator is a health care professional who provides staff orientation and ensures nursing staff competence. The Clinical Resource Coordinator accomplishes this through assessing, organizing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the practice standards in the assigned units in collaboration with the Unit Managers. The individual assumes direct teaching responsibilities for all levels of personnel, both professional and non-professional, as well as, patients and their families on their assigned units.
