This is an Open Continuous Announcement (OCA) and will remain open until December 29, 2023. The Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager (CM) positions are located in the Primary Care Service at the either the Brockton, Jamaica Plain, or West Roxbury Campus locations. The positions are full-time at 40 hours per week. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
